Customize Menu Appearance

The menu appearance editor lets you match the guest-facing digital menu to your brand colors. Only owners and admins can edit the theme.

Theme Plans

Theme customization is a plan feature. If your current plan does not include it, the editor shows a lock icon and a prompt to upgrade.

Open the Editor

From your workspace, select Menu Appearance in the sidebar under Configuration.

Edit Colors

The editor shows color buckets for light and dark mode:

• Background: the page background.
• Foreground: the main text color.
• Primary: the accent color used for buttons and active elements.
• Secondary: a supporting color for cards and surfaces.
• Accent: highlights and interactive states.
• Border: input and card borders.
• Ring: focus rings and outlines.

Select any bucket to open a color picker, or type a hex value directly.

Border Radius

Adjust the corner roundness for all UI elements at once. The default is 0.625 rem.

Preview and Save

Changes update in real time. Toggle between light and dark preview modes to check both. When you are satisfied, select Save to apply the theme to your live menu.

Guests see the updated theme on their next menu load within 5 seconds.

Reset to Defaults

Select Reset to defaults to clear all custom colors and radius back to the platform standard.
