Menu Appearance

Change the colors and corner roundness of the menu your guests see. The dashboard your team uses is not affected.

Open Menu Appearance under Configuration in the sidebar.

Generate a Theme With AI

The fastest way to get a matching palette:

1. Under Generate with AI, describe your restaurant in the text box. Mention the cuisine, the mood, and any colors you like. For example: Cozy candlelit Italian trattoria with warm terracotta walls.
2. Or select one of the example prompts to fill the box.
3. Select Generate theme.
4. A full palette for both light and dark mode is applied to the preview on the page. Nothing is saved yet.
5. Adjust any color below, then select Save Theme.

You can generate up to 5 themes in any 24-hour window. When you reach the cap, the app tells you how long to wait.

Set the Corner Roundness

The Border Radius section controls how rounded buttons, cards, and inputs look:

• Drag the Radius slider, or select a preset: Sharp, Subtle, Default, Rounded, or Pill.
• The row of small boxes under the presets shows each option.

The radius applies to both light and dark mode.

Edit Colors

The guest menu follows the guest's phone setting for light or dark mode, so you set both:

1. Select the Light Mode or Dark Mode tab.
2. Check the Live Preview at the top. It shows a sample menu with your current colors.
3. In each section, select a color swatch to open a color picker, or type a hex value such as #c2410c in the box next to it.
4. Leave a box empty to use the default color. Empty boxes show default.

The sections and what they change:

Save or Reset

• Save Theme saves both modes and the radius. Guests see the new look the next time they open or refresh the menu.
• Reset Light to Defaults or Reset Dark to Defaults clears the colors of the mode you are viewing. Select Save Theme afterwards to apply the reset.
