Welcome to Grubbitt
Grubbitt lets your guests scan a QR code at their table, browse your menu, and order from their phone. Your team sees every order as it arrives, serves it, and bills it from one dashboard.
This guide walks you through every screen, step by step. Follow the pages in order the first time, then come back to any page when you need it.
What You Can Do
- Take orders without new hardware: guests order from their own phones.
- Keep your menu current: change prices, photos, and availability in seconds.
- Run service from one board: see new orders, mark them ready, and complete them.
- Bill every table: turn completed orders into invoices and record payments.
- Stay tax compliant: set up the tax rates for your country once and apply them to every item.
- Watch your numbers: revenue, order volume, top items, and peak hours on the dashboard.
- Report to your accountant: sales, tax, and payment reports for any date range, exported as CSV.
- Work as a team: invite staff and give each person the access they need.

Who Does What
Every team member has one of three roles in a restaurant:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including transferring ownership and deleting the restaurant |
| Admin | Everything an owner can do, except transferring ownership and deleting the restaurant |
| Staff | Handle orders, live sessions, tables, and invoices. Staff can view the menu but not edit it |
Each page in this guide shows which roles can use the feature it describes. See Team Access for details.
