Welcome to Grubbitt

Grubbitt helps your restaurant take QR-code orders, manage menus, track live service, and create invoices from one workspace.

Use this documentation as the foundation for your team’s operating guide. Add pages beneath src/app/docs and add their links to src/lib/docs-navigation.ts when you expand it.

What You Can Do

Your workspace brings the core restaurant operations together:

  • Create a restaurant workspace with its own timezone, currency, and plan
  • Build a menu with categories, tax classes, and item availability
  • Generate table-specific QR codes for guest ordering
  • Track open orders as your staff update their status
  • Create invoices and keep payment records organized

Explore each topic in the sidebar:

  • Manage your menu and orders
  • Set up tables and track live sessions
  • Configure tax classes for your region
  • Issue invoices and record payments
  • Manage team access and restaurant settings
  • Customize your menu theme

Set Up Your Restaurant

Start with a workspace, then configure the restaurant your team will operate.

  1. Create a restaurant from the dashboard
  2. Set its name, timezone, currency, and tax settings
  3. Add menu categories and items
  4. Create tables and print their QR codes
  5. Invite staff with the access level they need

Set the restaurant timezone before your first service. Grubbitt uses it for restaurant reporting and date-based operations.

Run Daily Operations

When guests scan a table’s QR code, they can browse the menu and place an order. Your staff can follow each order from the dashboard, update its status, and review the live session when needed.
